3. Where you source your milk? We buy from Oakland Dairies, they collect milk from local farmers 
4. Where you source your beef? Locally - butchery called Bill Reiley we use meat only as filling for the ravioli 
5. Where you source your lamb? locally butchery Bill Reiley 
6. Where you source your chicken? local buthery bill riley 
7. where you source your pork? Son of a butcher, local butchery. we make italian salami.
