I’m Diana, and while I am not a dietitian, I have a background in studying nutrition and have been a gluten-free baker for 24 years. Having lived with celiac disease for 32 years, I understand the unique challenges of managing a gluten-free lifestyle. I started baking gluten free in 2000 and was the first baker in South Africa to do this. I manufactured for the 5 big retailers both as my own brand and as a contract baker. My passion lies in helping people make this transition easier.
